Go Sharks!
ACA’s athletic program begins with physical education classes for elementary and middle school students, junior varsity and varsity team sports for secondary students, and weight training and health education for high school students. Through this journey, students are motivated to enjoy physical activity and a healthy lifestyle, while glorifying God with their hearts, minds and bodies.
For students interested in competitive athletics, Atlantic Christian Academy strives to provide a Christ-centered, quality program that honors God while developing the individual abilities and skills of each student. Through our discipleship model we are building positive character qualities in our student athletes while emphasizing 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.
“Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.”
Team sports can strengthen not only our bodies, but most importantly our spirits. Learning to love and serve their teammates while maintaining a Godly example during competitions and in the community is emphasized by our faithful coaching staff. Time management, self-discipline, and leadership skills are learned on and off the court as students work together to honor God with their gifts and talents.
